Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return, and the merchandise may only be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT with Florissante Boutique.  

To start a return, you can contact us at florissanteboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send an email with instructions.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, UNWORN, UNUSED, and UNWASHED with tags, and in its original packaging if possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Merchandise must be UNWORN, UNUSED, and UNWASHED
  • Items should not have stains, cigarette smoke, smell of deodorant, or pet hairs. 
  • All Sale, Clearance, or Promotional merchandise FINAL SALE
  • Bodysuits, intimates, or accessories cannot be returned.  All these items are FINAL SALE
  • Merchandise worn once will not be able to qualify for store credit
  • If your return is accepted, store credit will only be given for the amount paid for the merchandise.
  • if your merchandise arrived defective, please contact us within 3 days after the item was delivered, and we will gladly exchange the defective item if you contact us within 3 days after merchandise was delivered.  At Florissante Boutique, we want for your items to be delivered in great condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bodysuits, intimates, or accessories cannot be returned.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will immediately send you an email with approval to return the item.
